Project Summary

This project consists in the sustainability of the internationalization strategy, incrementing product offers in existing markets and expanding activities to new markets, projecting the Ceramirupe brand worldwide, sensitizing and preparing the company’s workforce to the internationalization strategy.

Project Summary

The project consists in the diversification of products, with the use of new and innovative technical means, for the production of a cutting edge new “Oven to table” range, thus increasing flexibility in the production method of single bodied items, in order to differentiate production, consolidate the increased productivity capacity and prepare and motivate our team of workers to embrace a strategy of innovation and internationalization.

Project Summary

The qualification project integrates a global investment plan for expansion and modernization already underway. It strengthens the company’s qualification capabilities essentially in the “development and engineering of products, in it’s services and processes”, differentiating what the company has to offer with the creation of exclusive collections for its customers and presenting a sophisticated dynamic that allows for continuous creation and development. It’s main strategic objective is reaching the leadership in the international market in the production and sales of hand-decorated stoneware, with the internal capacity for creation and effective development, with a highly-differentiated response capabilities in comparison to competitors.
